Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, establishing a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and effectively Maintain organized front desk areas, including reception area, waiting rooms, and conference rooms Perform data entry tasks using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software to update records and reports Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, document proofreading, and filing systems Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Technical proficiency with computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Excellent phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in front desk or administrative support roles is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy Join us as a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming voice of our organization!
