Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Phoenix office. This role is ideal for someone with a finance and HR background who can manage administrative processes, support internal teams, and help maintain an efficient and professional work environment. Qualifications Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English Experience in office administration or similar role Background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Highly organized with attention to detail, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks Demonstrated customer service abilities and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently as needed Nice to have: Degree or certification in finance/accounting Experience in small business operations
