As an Office Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the branch running smoothly while creating a positive experience for both customers and employees. What you'll do As the Office Manager, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers and branch team. You'll help keep day-to-day operations organized and make sure administrative and customer service needs are handled accurately and efficiently. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and incoming calls Coordinate and support daily dispatch operations Assist with account management and customer inquiries Handle cash, checks, deposits, and related financial transactions Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Assist with collections and account follow-up Enter payments and maintain accurate records Complete bank deposit drop-offs Provide administrative support to the branch and service team Help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally What you bring A positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills Excellent organization and time management Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently while also being a strong team member Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license 1-3 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or high-call-volume environment preferred Why Auto-Chlor?
