Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Endodontic Practice Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a specialized dental practice focused on endodontic care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office administration, healthcare management, computer systems, financial operations, and team leadership . The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the practice operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care, service, compliance, and professionalism. This individual will serve as the backbone of the practice, providing leadership, supporting the clinical team, optimizing administrative systems, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Manage all administrative functions including patient scheduling, billing, collections, accounts receivable, office expenses, payroll Oversee daily administrative and front office operations. Supervise staff, training front office, and assist in performance evaluations. Coordinate human resources functions including staffing, onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to employment laws. Develop and maintain effective office systems and procedures lead, schedule, and support staff Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace Ensure compliance with applicable dental privacy, safety, and employment regulations Facilitate communication between staff and Doctors to promote a collaborative work environment. Qualification 2+ years of dental office management or dental administrative experience Strong understanding of dental practice operations, insurance, billing, and collections Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Strong computer, and practice management software skills Proficient in word, excel and outlook Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment Professional, dependable, and patient focused attitude Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and administrative tasks. Pay:
$38.00 - $40.00 per hour
