The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in supporting our team and enhancing productivity through effective office management practices. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Manage schedules, including calendar management for executives. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records, ensuring compliance with financial policies. Assist with human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure proper filing systems are in place for both physical and digital documents. Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette to clients and visitors. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative/leadership role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and vendors. Proficiency in schedule management, clerical duties, and general administrative support functions. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Experience in real estate management is a plus, though not required. Yardi software experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided for the right candidate. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, manage sensitive information with discretion, and ensure efficient office operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with adopting new technologies. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
