Part-Time Office Administrator - Physical Therapy Clinic Premier Physical Therapy | Santa Cruz, CA $19-$25/hour, depending on experience Premier Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy clinic in Santa Cruz looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, creating a positive patient experience, and keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you! About the Position This is a patient-facing administrative role with a mix of front-desk responsibilities, scheduling, office operations, and billing/insurance support . We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of office or administrative experience who is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment. Medical billing and insurance experience is a bonus! Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience Handle patient check-in and check-out Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phones and assist patients with questions Maintain accurate patient records Collect payments and assist with patient accounts Verify insurance benefits Assist with billing and insurance-related administrative tasks Communicate with patients, therapists, and team members Keep the front office organized and running smoothly Assist with general office and administrative duties Qualifications 1+ year of office or administrative experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Comfortable with computers, email, and scheduling software Healthcare or medical office experience preferred Medical billing or insurance verification experience is a plus Why Join Premier Physical Therapy?
