Office Operations Manager Boutique Dermatology Practice - Boulder, CO Full-Time | Salaried Position About Our Practice We are a boutique dermatology practice offering a full range of medical dermatology and aesthetic services. Our practice is built around a patient-centric, wellness-focused approach to care, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a warm, professional, and collaborative work environment. We are growing and seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure a smooth, elevated patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, high-performing team and is confident in managing people with professionalism and accountability. Position Overview The Office Operations Manager is responsible for: Overseeing daily clinic operations and workflow Managing staff performance and accountability Optimizing provider schedules and reducing inefficiencies Monitoring key performance indicators (utilization, no-shows, etc.) Coaching staff and maintaining a calm, productive culture Organizing marketing events and seasonal initiatives Supporting growth of the practice while maintaining high standards This is a leadership role requiring maturity, emotional intelligence, and strong organizational ability. Qualifications (Experience Required) Minimum 6+ years experience in medical practice, med spa, or service-based operations management Proven experience supervising and coaching staff Strong organizational and follow-through skills Skilled at managing people, addressing performance issues, and maintaining boundaries Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work closely and collaboratively with owner and clinical team Marketing experience and skills Experience with EMR systems preferred (dermatology or aesthetics a plus) Compensation & Benefits $60,000 - $70,000 base salary (based on experience and credentials) Quarterly bonus opportunities ($1500-2500) based on defined benchmarks 4% 401(k) match Healthcare benefits (95% paid by practice), including vision and dental 2 weeks paid PTO Employee rates for procedures and skincare products Percentage of skincare sales Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is highly organized and systems-oriented Communicates clearly and calmly Coaches rather than micromanages Handles conflict professionally Builds trust with both owner and staff Takes initiative and owns outcomes To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your management experience and leadership style.
