Job Description
Our client in Fort Collins is looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Office Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This is a full time, onsite, Temp to hire opportunity that offers a 4-day work week. (Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm) This position pays between $24hr
- 29hr.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities
- Maintain calendars and coordinate schedules
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office administration or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient with both Mac and PC computers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
- Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
