Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized Oral Surgery Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced OMS practice. This role is responsible for supporting office flow, team leadership, financial performance, and an exceptional patient experience while working closely with the doctor and staff. Duties Oversee daily office operations and maintain efficient office flow Coordinate treatment planning, patient follow-up, and scheduling Present treatment plans, financial arrangements, and payment options to patients Manage insurance processes, claims follow-up, and collections oversight Support case acceptance and overall financial performance Lead and support team members through communication and accountability Assist with HR responsibilities and maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance Utilize WinOMS and support a full digital workflow environment Coordinate social media marketing initiatives and patient engagement Experience 5+ years of experience in a dental, oral surgery, medical, or hospital setting Previous office management or leadership experience preferred Experience with treatment planning, financial arrangements, insurance, and collections Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards Experience with WinOMS and digital workflows preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Professional, outgoing, and trustworthy demeanor Expectations The Office Manager is expected to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. This role works closely with the doctor to support daily operations, compliance, financial performance, and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organization, professionalism, and follow-through while helping drive case acceptance, collections, and overall office success.
