Office Administrator Mizpah Integrations Inc - 1.0 Fort Myers, FL Job Details Full-time $16 - $20 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Office Specialist Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Time management Full Job Description Mizpah Integrations is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing electrical and low-voltage contracting company. This position plays an important role in keeping our office organized and ensuring communication flows smoothly between customers, management, field personnel, vendors, and project partners. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work independently while supporting a fast-paced team environment. Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and help maintain an organized and efficient office. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, correspondence, reports, and electronic files. Assist management and team members with administrative needs as they arise. Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchases, deliveries, and vendor services. Handle confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Scheduling & Coordination Assist with scheduling appointments, service calls, meetings, and other company activities. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, arrival windows, project updates, and general questions. Coordinate with field personnel, management, vendors, and customers as needed. Track deadlines, pending items, and follow-ups to help keep projects and administrative tasks moving forward. Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, and company events when needed. Project & Customer Support Assist with project documentation, proposals, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork. Maintain organized electronic project files and documentation. Follow up with customers, vendors, and team members regarding pending information or documentation. Provide professional and responsive customer service by phone and email. Support project closeout, billing, and documentation processes as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office administration, administrative assistant, customer service, or similar experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new software and office systems. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team. Experience in construction, electrical, low-voltage, or a service-based business is a plus, but not required. Work Environment This is an office-based position with regular interaction with customers, vendors, management, and field personnel. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, adaptable, and willing to take initiative to help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
