This pivotal role combines comprehensive bookkeeping responsibilities with office management duties, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong technical accounting skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help maintain accurate financial records, streamline accounting workflows, and support overall office efficiency. Client Communications Work Order Generation General Clerical & Office Management Duties Skills Extensive experience with accounting software QuickBooksOnline Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint) Deep understanding of double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and general ledger accounting. Skilled in account reconciliation procedures such as bank reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial statements. Experience with payroll processing systems, prominently ADP, and managing accounts payable/receivable workflows efficiently. Familiarity with GAAP standards and technical accounting concepts to support compliance and accurate financial reporting. Ability to perform detailed account analysis, budget monitoring, and general ledger reconciliation with precision.
