As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. The Office Administrator will manage administrative tasks, support staff and client communications, and help develop efficient office systems. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and client communications Maintain and improve organizational systems within the office Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial record keeping Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation Assist with planning and coordinating company events Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes Coordinate and manage calendar schedules for appointments and meetings Contribute to the development and implementation of office systems and procedures Qualifications Experience in office administration or a related field Proficiency with QuickBooks and other relevant software applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage vendors and procurement processes effectively Experience with event planning is a plus Strong calendar management abilities Experience and License Requirements Office Administration QuickBooks
