Perfect Deed Homes About the Position We are a growing r esidential construction company seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is currently a
PART-TIME
position, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with the potential to grown into a Ful-Time position in future as the company continues to grow. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who is comfortable working in a small-office environment, managing multiple responsibilities, supporting employees, and keeping the administrative side of the business running smoothly. The perfect candidate would not be expected to have complete knowledge of all responsibilities, but a willingness to learn standard protocols of the company and be a supportive member of our team is a most important quality. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations and administrative functions of a small construction office Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees Set up and maintain payroll Review employee timecards for accuracy and completeness Assist employees with time management, scheduling questions, and general day-to-day issues Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding general office and administrative questions Handle company insurance renewals and audits , including: Workers' Compensation General Liability Monthly reporting as needed Maintain employee and company records Manage petty cash General Real Estate Sales and Purchasing knowledge will be a plus Communicate with vendors, insurance carriers, employees, and other business contacts Help identify and resolve day-to-day office issues efficiently and professionally Provide general administrative support to office employees Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have: Previous experience managing a small office Experience in or familiarity with the residential construction industry Some experience with real estate sales a plus Experience of hiring and onboarding employees Payroll experience, including reviewing timecards Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving abilities The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude The ability to handle confidential employee and company information appropriately Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop a plus What We're Looking For This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps the office organized and the business moving .
