Job Title:
Office Services Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a skilled Office Services Supervisor to oversee and manage the administrative support team within our office operations function. This role is pivotal in providing office support to our clients and business functions. The position is based onsite in downtown Orlando, operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This opportunity offers the potential for extension and conversion to a full-time role. Responsibilities Supervise the team responsible for all aspects of administrative support to a department, client, or property. Oversee the tracking of office transactions, including listings, sales/leases, expenses, and client reimbursements. Provide formal supervision to employees, including monitoring training and development, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing recruiting and hiring. Provide effective business support to the sales team to assist in achieving financial targets and succeeding in team objectives. Coordinate the production and execution of property marketing campaigns, which include property information materials, comparable market analyses, and targeted mailing lists. Essential Skills In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function. Basic knowledge of related job functions. Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products such as InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset. Exceptional math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Leadership skills to motivate the team and impact the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Work Environment The work environment is onsite in downtown Orlando, where you will be part of a dynamic office operations team. The role requires a professional dress code, and you will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative setting. The role involves the use of Microsoft Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
