You will be the "hub" of our operations, managing financial records while keeping the daily workflow moving smoothly. QuickBooks Proficiency is a must along with a positive attitude. Competitive pay and benefits Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems, handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software, and perform proofreading to ensure document quality. Oversee calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely scheduling and reminders. Utilize computer skills to prepare Word documents, QuickBooks reports, and other correspondence efficiently. Support office management activities such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and managing office equipment. Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and assisting clients or visitors as needed. Assist with administrative projects including typing, data entry, filing, and organizing documents to enhance overall office productivity. Experience Proven clerical experience in an office environment with a strong background in administrative support roles. Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks along with familiarity with productivity software and spreadsheets. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone communication and etiquette. Bilingual abilities are desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Personal assistant or front desk experience that showcases excellent customer service skills is advantageous. Join us today!
