You will collaborate with educators and families to help K-12 students succeed by developing and implementing effective behavioral interventions.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification (nationally recognized) Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention design, and data-driven decision making Ability to manage K-12 caseloads and adapt to diverse student needs Capable of responding promptly and supporting additional sites in emergency situations Must meet district credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and photo badge appointment

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for students across two closely located campuses Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with school staff on intervention strategies Provide direct consultation and support for teachers and families Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decisions and progress monitoring Be available to assist at additional campus locations when urgent needs arise
