This is not a position where you will sit at a desk doing the same thing every day. We are a busy, growing Florida solar company, and we need someone who is organized, dependable, computer-savvy, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You will work directly with the company owner and help keep the administrative and operational side of the business organized and moving forward. What You'll Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: Basic bookkeeping and financial record organization Tracking active jobs from sale through completion Keeping customer and project information organized and up to date Working within our CRM and other company software Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers Managing documents, spreadsheets, emails, and electronic files Following up with customers, vendors, employees, and subcontractors Helping coordinate schedules and project-related tasks Preparing and organizing paperwork Assisting with general office administration Occasionally making local deliveries, pickups, or other errands Completing additional tasks and special projects assigned by the company owner In a nutshell: your job is to help keep the company organized and make sure things don't fall through the cracks.
