Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using productivity software and calendar tools. Handle client communication and customer support by providing timely responses, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships. Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), QuickBooks accounting software, and other productivity tools to prepare reports, documents, and correspondence. Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly. Assist with personal assistant duties when needed, including organizing travel arrangements or special projects to boost overall office efficiency. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical work and customer service. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, and calendar management tools. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and productivity software. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for handling invoicing or financial records. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
