Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Chiropractic Front Desk / Office Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with office management duties, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a strong understanding of medical administrative support, billing, and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for patients and support the clinical team effectively. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, manage patient check-in/check-out processes, and handle all front desk communications with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Chiro Touch, Epic, and others Oversee collections for personal injury cases, follow up with lawyers for PI cases, and maintain records for cases. Maintain meticulous medical records and review documentation for completeness and compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Manage phone communication with patients, healthcare providers, and personal injury companies while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Support clinical staff by organizing care plans, reviewing documentation, and assisting with health information management tasks Oversee office supplies, filing systems, and administrative tasks such as 10-key typing, data entry, and maintaining electronic health records (EHR) systems Putting together end of month reports using excel Maintains a welcoming environment for all clients Skills Proven experience in medical office management or administrative support within a healthcare setting; clinic experience preferred Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with electronic health records management is essential Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other clerical tools Understanding of personal injury cases, and billing to auto insurance, billing to law firms Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively but not required Strong interpersonal skills to provide outstanding patient service while maintaining professionalism at all times Join our team to be part of a vibrant practice dedicated to improving lives through exceptional chiropractic care!
