Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, coordinate with various departments, and maintain efficient property management systems to deliver memorable hospitality experiences. Duties Supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth operations, including guest registration, reservations, and inquiries Manage hotel reservation systems such as OPERA and Property Management Systems (PMS) to optimize booking efficiency Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Oversee multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and proper phone etiquette at all times Handle guest relations issues with problem-solving expertise to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and compliance during incidents or crises Skills Extensive experience in hospitality management with a strong background in hotel operations and front desk supervision Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Proficiency in hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA and property management software (PMS) Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and hotel safety protocols Strong phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system management and phone etiquette Problem-solving aptitude for handling customer service challenges swiftly and efficiently Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of dental front office experience 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience Experience coaching and developing front office team members Proven ability to improve scheduling efficiency, collections, and patient satisfaction Strong understanding of insurance verification, authorizations, and treatment acceptance Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued!
