Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Desk & Reception- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries (non-service)
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and related vendor relationships
- Coordinate facility needs (maintenance, cleaning, lawncare, etc.)
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees (workspace setup, materials, IT, etc.)
- Facilitate IT related matters Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support management in marketing efforts (advertising, promotions, tradeshows)
- Facilitate process flow (SOP) throughout all departments Sales / Service Support
- Support quoting for the sales department (assigned sales staff) and service department (backup)
- Assist with order processing and documentation
- Facilitate customer inquiries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, receptionist, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills
- A collaborator with the independence to grow into this role
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Initiative-taking with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Professional and customer-oriented demeanor
