Your Tasks Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional workplace environment, including front desk activities, travel coordination, deliveries, and expense management Ensure the smooth running of a fast-paced M&A office while acting as the key liaison for the remote operations team Manage office supply inventory, equipment, vendors, and be the main point of contact for landlord and service providers Support the smooth function of a small but busy M&A office-based team and be the main point of contact for a remote operations team Assist with HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee records management, and benefits administration Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance with local policies and procedures Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting organization, and general office operations Develop and improve administrative processes and office procedures Your Profile Previous experience in Office Management, Administration, HR, or a comparable role is a plus Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach, with strong communication skills Highly organized and adaptable, comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Practical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude Ability to work independently, take ownership, and support a wide range of operational and administrative topics What Mutares offers Work in a highly motivated, international, committed, and agile team that enjoys working together Exciting work environment with varied challenges, strategic influence, and tasks for continuous personal and professional development Flat hierarchies, fast decision-making processes, and room for your own ideas Regular team events and offsites
