Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Manager to join our team.
MUST HAVE PRIOR DENTAL FRONT OFFICE WORK
EXPERIENCE.This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. Schedule and confirm appointments using calendar management skills. Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed. Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Billing and coding Previous experience with Eaglesoft software experience Accounts receivable Cross trained ( dental assisting and front desk) Ability to do multi tasking Candidates with no previous Dental office experience are not encouraged to apply Experience Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is must. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in calendar management and office software applications. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A background in clerical work is advantageous for this position. Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 26.0 - 30.0 per week
