Overview Join our vibrant pet care team as a Dog Groomer, where your passion for animals and flair for pet styling come together to create happy, healthy, and beautifully groomed dogs. In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional grooming services that enhance the well-being and appearance of our canine clients. Your expertise in animal handling, grooming techniques, and customer communication will help foster lasting relationships with pet owners while ensuring every dog feels safe, comfortable, and pampered. Duties Perform pet coat styling, trimming, bathing, and drying to meet breed standards and owner preferences Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments using animal restraint techniques to ensure safety for pets and staff Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming procedures with precision and care Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming requests and provide advice on pet care and maintenance Maintain a clean, organized grooming station by disinfecting tools and work areas regularly Experience Prior experience in pet grooming required Familiarity with animal restraint methods and heavy lifting capabilities for managing larger dogs Strong communication skills for engaging with pet owners confidently and professionally Experience working with various animals such as dogs, cats, or equines demonstrates versatility in animal care Background in veterinary or animal care fields enhances understanding of health considerations during grooming Ability to perform detailed pet coat styling and pet nail trimming with attention to detail Join us in creating a positive grooming experience that leaves every dog looking great and feeling loved! $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
