Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional guest service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless guest experience, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and managing front desk operations efficiently. Fluency in multiple languages and previous hotel management experience are highly desirable to enhance guest relations and team coordination. Duties Supervise front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes Manage guest services, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism Oversee reservation systems, including multi-line phone systems and booking platforms Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems Coordinate with housekeeping, food, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Train and mentor front desk staff to uphold service standards and hospitality protocols Monitor guest relations to foster positive experiences and repeat business Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hospitality regulations Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor Knowledge of hotel management software and front desk systems Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team effectively Experience with night audit procedures is preferred Familiarity with resort or hotel environments enhances operational understanding Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences within a vibrant hospitality environment.
Pay:
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
