We are looking for a dedicated, high-energy professional to keep our back-office operations running smoothly so our front-end can thrive.

On-site We are seeking a hardworking, highly organized Office Administrator to manage our daily financial and administrative operations. This role is the backbone of our business. The ideal candidate thrives under a full workload, possesses exceptional multitasking abilities, and demonstrates absolute dedication to the accuracy and efficiency of our office. Prior accounting experience is required. Key Responsibilities Financial & Accounting Management Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . Process and manage payroll accurately and on time. Maintaining Inventory Handle cash management, including daily register balancing and bank deposits. Human Resources & Compliance Oversee the onboarding process for new seasonal and full-time hires. Assist in Hiring new Employees Manage, track, and file business licenses and permits to ensure total compliance. Office Operations & Administration Maintain strict inventory control tracking within our systems. Answer phones, direct calls, and handle customer/vendor inquiries with professionalism. Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems. Take on miscellaneous administrative projects as needed—this is a "wear many hats" environment!
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Experience:
2 Years of proven accounting experience.
Software:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word .
Work Ethic:
Total dedication, a strong sense of urgency, and a proven ability to handle a demanding workload.
Skills:
Exceptional multitasking, organizational skills, and razor-sharp attention to detail.
Attendance:
A rock-solid track record of reliability and excellent attendance. Preferred (A Big Plus): Experience with QuickBooks . Prior experience working in a retail, agricultural, or small-business environment. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience.
