Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment will be key to enhancing the customer experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of products to provide recommendations. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Proficiency in operating POS systems for efficient checkout processes. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Experience in retail sales. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Enthusiasm for product demonstrations and engaging with customers.
