Job Description
Position Summary The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily administrative operations of Executive Landscaping. This role helps ensure the office runs efficiently by providing administrative support to leadership, coordinating communication, maintaining records, and assisting with customer service and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the leadership team. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and office correspondence. Maintain employee and company records, filing systems, and documentation. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed. Support invoicing, purchasing, or other administrative functions as assigned. Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to support daily operations. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quickbooks experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer systems. Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
