Takoma Park, MD Job Details $43,000 a year 11 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Takoma Overlook Condominium is a well-established 232-unit high-rise in Takoma Park, and our management office is the front door for every resident, vendor, and contractor who walks through it. We are looking for an organized, friendly Office Administrator who likes solving problems, keeps excellent records, and takes pride in a day that runs smoothly. If you are the one your coworkers ask when they cannot find something, we should talk.
Compensation:
$43,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Open and close the management office and keep front office operations running Monday through Friday. Greet residents, vendors, and contractors, answer and route calls, clear the lobby drop box, and stay on top of voicemail and email. Dispatch and track work orders, and help residents schedule building maintenance. Maintain organized files and current contact lists for owners, residents, vendors, contracts, and insurance certificates. Prepare and distribute forms, spreadsheets, notices, packages, and correspondence for the management team. Support the Property Manager on resident relations, property inspections, and special projects. Order supplies and pitch in wherever the office needs a hand.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service instincts and a calm, professional presence with residents and vendors. Excellent organization, clear communication, and the judgment to prioritize and meet deadlines. Solid computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Property management software experience is a plus. Dependability and discretion. Confidential information stays confidential.
