This is a service-oriented position focused on supporting our agents, clients, and office. The successful candidate will help create a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment while providing day-to-day support that contributes to the success of our sales associates and overall operation of the office. The position also includes leadership and coordination responsibilities, including helping organize/run office activities, supporting team initiatives, and assisting with the direction of administrative and office support functions.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Serve as a primary point of support for sales associates, responding to questions, requests, and day-to-day needs with a helpful, solutions-oriented approach Greet visitors, answer phones, manage internal/external communications Support general office operations, oversee basic facility needs and office upkeep Assist with meetings, events, team activities, and other office initiatives Maintain and organize documents and files through proficiency in company platforms Perform data entry to support agent and company listing/transaction procedures Procure and organize documentation required for broker file compliance Assist with special projects and specific requests as assigned Help coordinate administrative activities and provide guidance and support to ensure office needs are addressed efficiently
MARKETING SUPPORT
Support agent marketing efforts including ideas, strategy, implementation and execution Create flyers, postcards, and other marketing materials using company technology platforms, including Canva Support and direct social media engagement through postings on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms Coordinate mailers, including generating mail lists, mail merge, production, and postage processes Help identify opportunities to use and improve the resources, tools and services available to our agents
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional customer service and support skills with a genuine desire to help others Professional, polished, approachable, and confident with interacting with agents, clients, vendors, and visitors Strong verbal communication skills and an excellent listener A positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented "can-do" attitude Comfortable taking initiative, anticipating needs, and following through Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Proficient in using standard office equipment: phones, printers, copiers and scanners Computer/technology savvy; proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office required (Mac experience a plus) Digital marketing and social media familiarity and capabilities Creativity and general marketing experience; Canva experience a plus Accurate and efficient data entry skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Flexible thinker and efficient problem solver

Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
