Job Description
Rapid Die Cut ("RDC") is a digital manufacturer and converter of custom parts made from various non-metal materials. We serve over 20 industries in North America and provide custom-cut parts for hundreds of different applications. We seek highly motivated, self-starting, and professional individuals with B2B experience in the Industrial supply or Manufacturing sectors only. Work with a great team and awesome culture in a clean and organized environment. Part Time to start with opportunity to grow full time with the company. Job Responsibilities Maintain and correct books of accounts. Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Prepare journal entries, receive documents, and process bills. Process payroll and maintain employee records. Administer healthcare benefits. Verify that all bank transactions are properly recorded in the books of accounts. Prepare financial reports for management (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss). Prepare IRS Form 1099s as required. Required Skills / Knowledge Strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to set deadlines and track progress on multiple tasks (e.g., invoicing, payroll reports). Experience with QuickBooks Online and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Understanding of accounting terminology and how businesses record transactions (debits, credits, journal entries). Proven bookkeeping experience. Ability to handle high-volume workflows within an ERP system. Knowledge of customer relations and conflict resolution. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a team. Good judgment and decision-making skills. Strong time management skills. Experience Required 5 years of bookkeeping experience 3 years specifically in a manufacturing company
