This role is essential in ensuring our office runs smoothly while providing administrative support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys creating a positive and engaging workplace environment. In addition to managing administrative responsibilities, this individual will help coordinate office activities, celebrations, and team engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage tenant calls and payments Sort and distribute mail Assist with prospect denial letter mailings Manage office and kitchen supplies Coordinate building upkeep and office organization Assist with auto insurance administration Coordinate insurance quotes, renewals, and policy management Plan office engagement activities and birthday celebrations Provide administrative support across departments
Qualifications:
