Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Office Coordinator to support a busy office across administration, customer service and accounting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, staying organized, and being a go-to resource for the team.
Pay rate:
$26-30/HR Contract to hire
Hours:
9AM-6PM (hours will be less during off season, but still paid for 40) Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities. Manage phones, emails, correspondence, filing, data entry, and reports. Provide professional customer and visitor support. Track bids and maintain vendor, insurance, W-9, DOT, and compliance records. Assist with website, social media, advertising, and marketing activities. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable , including invoices, statements, payments, and reconciliations. Assist with onboarding, employee files, benefits, and HR administration. Provide support to leadership and other departments as needed. Qualifications Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Administrative or office coordination experience; construction experience is a plus. Previous accounts payable/accounts receivable experience required. Strong communication, customer service, organization, and attention to detail. Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
