We specialize in many Industrial Sweeping brushes, including rotaries, cylinders, gutter brooms, and harpoons, which are used to clean streets, polish and maintain floors, strip concrete, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Office Manager will be responsible for the following: 1) Customer Relations 2) Processing daily orders received through email, telephone and fax. 3) Data entry 4) Scheduling LCL truck shipments 5) Process daily UPS and Fed-Ex ground shipments Training will be provided

Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Fluent in English High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to commute to Shakopee and work in person Have great attention to detail Have excellent organizational skills Be able to perform above tasks independently and accurately. Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Global Shop Solutions Be looking for a long-term position Be a self-starter and proactive Be a fast and proficient typist Good problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
