Job Description

General Contracting & Real Estate Investment Company We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our growing companies full time. This position will replace a long-term employee who is retiring, so we are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term role and can become an important part of our day-to-day operations. This role combines bookkeeping, office management, and administrative support for both our general contracting company and our real estate investment business. ### Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Payroll coordination and reporting
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Work with CPA during tax season and year-end reporting
  • Manage vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and W-9s
  • Track job costs and project expenses
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle office management duties and administrative support
  • Answer phones, manage emails, and coordinate schedules
  • Assist ownership with special projects and operational tasks ### Qualifications
  • Previous bookkeeping experience required
  • Experience with QuickBooks
REQUIRED
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills
  • Construction industry experience is a plus
  • Real estate or property management experience is a plus
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude ### Position Details
