Job Description
Your role:
We are seeking a Front Desk & Facilities Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors while supporting daily office operations, security, facilities, and administrative needs. This role will require being onsite 5 days per week. What you'll be doing: Greet visitors, manage sign-in, issue visitor badges, and enforce visitor/security policies Administer employee ID badges and access requests in coordination with site and lab owners Manage mailroom operations, including mail distribution and shipment coordination Order office and breakroom supplies and process facility-related invoices Maintain reception, conference rooms, breakrooms, and shared office spaces Support employee onboarding and offboarding (badges, seating, tours, nameplates) Coordinate with vendors for office services, maintenance, and safety programs Assist with meetings, catering, and employee events as needed Provide administrative backup support to executive leadership and departments Serve as a point of contact for safety, emergency, and facility-related services What you'll bring: High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience in a front desk, facilities, office administration, or similar role Strong customer service and organizational skills High attention to detail, particularly with security and access controls Ability to handle confidential information professionally Comfortable working with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and general office systems We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated base salary for this position is $49,600 to $68,200 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
