Job Description

Robert Half Contract Finance and Accounting is seeking a proactive, organized, and hands-on Office Manager to become the operational backbone of a growing technology services company. This newly created position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by improving processes, supporting leadership, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a small business environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes ownership of projects without waiting to be asked. Experience working in an IT services, technology, or Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable.

As the Office Manager, you'll serve as a key partner to the Operations Manager, General Manager, and President by taking ownership of critical administrative and operational functions, including:

Review and track employee timecards to ensure accuracy and timely submissionsEnter and reconcile receipts and expenses within QuickBooksMonitor insurance policies and renewal deadlinesCoordinate technician scheduling and coverage needsManage calendars and assist with scheduling for leadership and field staffSupport day-to-day office operations and administrative projectsAssist with process improvements and organizational initiativesServe as a point of coordination across onshore and offshore team membersHandle a variety of additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
