Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Process and record payments for subcontractors and vendors, maintaining accurate financial records and preparing routine accounting reports
- File and maintain project specific documents, such as TRs, Permits, Controlled Inspections, Minute Meetings, Punch lists, Lien Waivers, etc.
- Administer and file subcontractor onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with city agency requirements, MWBE implementation plans, Insurance requirements, etc.
- Update and Submit project schedules to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and upcoming deadlines
- Update, maintain, and distribute excel documents (G702 & G703) for bi-weekly bank requisition meetings
- Perform ad-hoc construction-related office duties as assigned

$50,000.00- $80,000.
