Office Administrator Location:
Rochester Salary:
£30,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Rochester. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and working across a busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with the day-to-day office administration
  • Assisting with health & safety, GDPR and compliance
  • Managing insurance renewals and fleet administration
  • Coordinating repairs, servicing and office requirements
  • Preparing customer quotes and documents
  • General administration and telephone cover Person Specification
  • Previous experience in an office administration or within a business support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ideally some knowledge or experience of health & safety processes and compliance
  • Comfortable supporting multiple teams and working across a variety of tasks
  • Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages
  • A proactive, reliable and flexible approach with good common sense
  • Experience with fleet management, GDPR or general compliance would be advantageous but not essential
