Office Administrator Location:
Rochester Salary:
£30,000 per annumHours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Rochester. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and working across a busy office.Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the day-to-day office administration
- Assisting with health & safety, GDPR and compliance
- Managing insurance renewals and fleet administration
- Coordinating repairs, servicing and office requirements
- Preparing customer quotes and documents
- General administration and telephone cover Person Specification
- Previous experience in an office administration or within a business support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ideally some knowledge or experience of health & safety processes and compliance
- Comfortable supporting multiple teams and working across a variety of tasks
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages
- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach with good common sense
- Experience with fleet management, GDPR or general compliance would be advantageous but not essential
