This isn't a role with a rigid day-to-day structure, priorities can shift quickly, and no two days will look exactly the same. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys variety, stays calm when things change on the fly, and takes ownership of whatever the day or week requires, whether that's greeting visitors, solving an unexpected problem, or jumping into a project outside their usual scope. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, providing a warm and professional front-office experience Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep of the workspace Provide administrative support across departments as needs arise Prioritize and re-prioritize tasks throughout the day based on shifting business needs Take initiative to identify and solve problems without waiting to be told exactly what to do Support scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative functions as needed Step in to assist with special projects, events, or ad hoc requests as they come up Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude even when priorities shift unexpectedly What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills paired with the flexibility to pivot quickly when priorities change A proactive, self-starter mentality, comfortable figuring things out without a rigid playbook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving fluidly between reception duties, administrative tasks, and whatever else the day brings Prior experience in an office management, receptionist, or administrative support role preferred A calm, adaptable presence, someone who sees a changing environment as energizing rather than stressful
