Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-starting, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support our team and clients effectively. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including overseeing phone systems, front desk duties, and general administrative tasks Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop and other productivity software; perform data entry and reconcile accounts regularly Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service and support Organize and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel Coordinate appointments, meetings, and scheduling for staff and clients, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing word processing tasks Support office team with personal assistant responsibilities as needed to ensure productivity and efficiency Ensure office maintains a professional appearance for customer and partner visits Maintain company files accurately Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical work and customer service Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks; familiarity with payroll processing is a plus Excellent computer literacy across productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and spreadsheets Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette; experience managing multi-line phone systems preferred Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience working at the front desk or in a customer support role is advantageous Demonstrated technical proficiency in data entry, proofreading, and time management tools Personal assistant experience or familiarity with office logistics will be considered an asset Ability to provide gatekeeping for owner Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and financial expertise will make a real impact! Pay:
