As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall beauty and wellness experience of our clientele. Creating reels of our products and services, and continuing to build our presence. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. Apply eyelash extensions Manage other service providers and schedule Open and Close the spa, ensuring the checklist is completed Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and techniques. Manage client appointments using salon software to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional hospitality to clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable during their visits. Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, skincare, and beauty treatments. Qualifications Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in providing esthetic services, including body waxing and eyelash extensions. Familiarity with salon software for appointment management is preferred. Strong skills in hospitality and customer service to create a positive client experience. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client trust. Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus; barbering skills are also beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. A commitment to continuing education in the field of esthetics and beauty treatments.
