One who likes to work alone. We need a smooth operation of daily office functions while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support both internal member and external clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization while honing your skills in office management, bookkeeping, and customer service. Duties Manage daily office operations, handling multi-line phone system. Perform data entry and maintain organized filing system. Utilize accounting software QuickBooks online to process invoices, pay bills and reconcile accounts accurately. Prepare payroll and W-2 reports with Ahola. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, keep calendar organized. Prepare reports using productivity software like Microsoft Word and Excel, including spreadsheets for pricing and bidding. Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence. Support the Managing Member and his personal emails, bookkeeping and calendar. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on bookkeeping or accounting functions. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is essential for managing financial transactions accurately. Strong computer literacy across —Word, Excel, Outlook—and data entry and spreadsheet creation. Audit preparation is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage clerical tasks seamlessly.
