Job Description

Position Summary The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of New Towne Mall. This position is responsible for administrative coordination, tenant communication, marketing support, and assisting in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for tenants, vendors, and the community. This role works closely with mall management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all departments. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Provide day-to-day administrative support for mall operations Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist tenants, vendors, and customers with inquiries Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for tenants, leases, and operations Assist with scheduling meetings, vendor coordination, and general office tasks Tenant Relations & Communication Serve as a point of contact for tenant needs and communication Assist with onboarding new tenants and distributing necessary documents Support tenant communications including newsletters, updates, and notices Maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants and partners Marketing & Social Media Support Assist in creating and posting content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Update and maintain the mall website with events, promotions, and tenant information Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive foot traffic Help coordinate event logistics and vendor participation Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Experience with social media platforms and basic website updates preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, positive, and detail-oriented attitude Preferred Experience Administrative or office support experience Retail, property management, or customer service background Experience working with vendors, tenants, or event coordination Work Environment On-site position at New Towne Mall May require occasional evening or weekend hours for events Why Join New Towne Mall?
