Full Job Description Compensation:
This is a salaried position with a base pay of $50,000 to $60,000 Depending on experience. The package also includes use of a company car and an agency incentive program. Your Key Responsibilities:
Focus on customer service and ensure quality interactions with both external and internal audiences. Part of the Client Care team with an active case load. Ensure satisfaction, safety, and quality care through regular phone contact with clients and representatives as well as live visits in their homes. Uncover opportunities to protect and expand service hours with the aim of improving the overall value we provide to clients. Answer phones courteously and professionally. Direct calls appropriately. Administrative tasks Support Community relationship building.
Qualifications:
Three years' experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must meet the requirements to be an insurable driver.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
