The individual in this position is responsible for providing support to the Chair, Director of Graduate Program, and faculty and staff, serving as the liaison with local school districts and other campus administrative offices. Key Responsibilities The Office Manager & Coordinator will manage field and student teaching placements and data pertaining to teacher certification. This individual will also support the completion of all Pennsylvania Department of Education reports, clearances, and other documentation to maintain compliance with certification requirements. This position also requires accurate data collection for annual and periodic reviews conducted by the College. What We're Looking For Qualifications Minimum of an associate degree required in a related field. The successful Candidate will have prior administrative support experience, excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills and demonstrated success with multi-tasking and successfully handling interruptions and unexpected events are essential.
