Office Manager over sees daily office operations, maintains accurate financial records, and supports essential human resources functions. This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. At least 3 years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, HR, or a similar combined role. Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and payroll. Experience with accounting software such as Sage, or a comparable platform. Familiarity with HR practices, employee records, benefits, and onboarding. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. High level of accuracy, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities.
