Summary:
Responsible for objective analysis, operational insights, recommending improvements and implementing changes across business units. Documents current state processes and helps to define the future state that will be enabled through technology and process changes. Works closely with IT and business unit SMEs to facilitate those technology or process changes. A typical day will include the following: Assisting in facilitating user acceptance testing. Supporting maintenance and improvements for business units in process change or application implementations. Observing current business unit processes or applications and implement best practices. Recommending small-scale IT or process improvement solutions to existing applications and processes. Articulating business goals and requirements. Making decisions about scope, schedule, methods, and resourcing for strategic projects. Creating business cases for strategic projects and measure success with relevant KPIs. Staffing and managing delivery teams (direct or matrixed) for strategic initiatives. Partnering with senior leadership to plan and execute strategic projects that significantly improve products, services, and operations companywide. Assessing and implementing organizational change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of Business process redesign or related experience. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience. Six Sigma Green Belt. Cert BA Professional. Pay Range $138,400-$154,700. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
