for Office Administrator position: We're seeking an office administrator that enjoys working with data, has an "eagle eye" for detail, and strives for clean Excel workbooks. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intersection:
Collaborate with office staff on projects, research and investigation, driving process efficiency and assisting the team with meeting timely deliverables. Maintain client programs, schedules and data results using Excel workbooks. Support the general administration of programs from scheduling to data output.
Report Engineering:
Develop, maintain, and evolve standardized and custom client reports. Transform raw data into polished Excel workbooks and presentation-ready aggregate summaries using VLOOKUP, pivot tables and other Excel functions.
Data Quality Control:
Identify inconsistencies, resolve discrepancies, and ensure every report is complete and error-free before delivery.
Process Evolution:
Continuously seek opportunities to standardize and improve office processes to drive efficiency. Assist in development of new office processes.
Information Logistics:
Manage the secure tracking and distribution of results via mail, fax, or secure digital channels, adhering strictly to delivery protocols. Ensure paper records are properly stored in a secure environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Proficiency:
Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) specifically Excel. Keen Attention to Detail. Ability to remain organized and productive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift. Strong oral and written communication skills.
A plus:
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or biometric screening environments. Familiarity with medical terminology and biometrics screening measures (e.g., BMI, glucose, lipid panels).
HIPAA:
An understanding of HIPAA laws and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security.
