Job Description

Admin / Accounting Support Coordinator In-Office | Part-Time to Start (Approx. 2 Days/Week) We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Admin / Accounting Support Coordinator to join our growing team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative support with light accounting responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced small business environment. What You'll Do Manage customer invoicing and support billing processes Maintain accounts payable tracker and monitor invoice due dates Enter vendor invoices into accounting systems accurately Code and record company expenses, including Amazon and miscellaneous purchases Prepare bank deposits and process incoming checks Sort and organize incoming mail and financial documents Maintain and organize company Google Drive / digital filing systems Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and documentation Support internal administrative processes and office organization Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong proficiency with Google Drive / Google Workspace/ QBO Exceptional organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication skills and follow-through Proactive, self-starting attitude Position Details Part-time to start, with opportunity to expand as the company grows In-office preferred Competitive hourly compensation based on experience If you're someone who loves bringing order to chaos and enjoys supporting a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.
